Buy a territory, not a pile of shared leads.
An aggregator sells the same homeowner to three or four installers and charges each of you $30 to $80 for the privilege. Here a territory is a fixed monthly cost, and on Pro and above it is yours alone.

This deployment has no payment processor configured, so choosing a plan applies it immediately without taking a card. Everything downstream (limits, exclusivity, upgrade prompts) behaves exactly as it will with real billing.
You pay for what costs us money.
Reading the feed is unmetered. Scores, filters, exports and the morning digest never draw down anything. Credits are spent only where a request reaches a paid provider on your behalf.
Your monthly allowance resets on the first. Packs never expire and are drawn down only after the allowance is gone.

What counts as a territory?
One segment in one geography. Solar in 94110, say. A ZIP counts as one and a whole city counts as one. Move a territory to a different ZIP whenever you like.
What does exclusive actually get me?
On Pro and above, nobody else on a paid plan can hold your territory for your segment. It is enforced by a unique index in the database rather than by policy, so two people cannot be sold the same one. Shared aggregator leads go to three or four installers at once. That is the thing this replaces.
Why do contact lookups cost credits?
Owner phone and email are bought per property from a data provider, so each new lookup costs real money. A property is bought once and cached, so working the same lead repeatedly is free. The limit only counts properties you have not seen before.
Where does the data come from?
Public record. City permit feeds and council land-use agendas, read daily. No scraping, no purchased lists, no shared call-centre pool.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from the billing page. You keep access to the end of the period you have paid for, and your territories are released when it ends.
What happens when I run out of credits?
The feed keeps working. Scores, filters, exports and the morning digest are all unmetered. Only new contact lookups and manual rescores stop until the month turns over or you buy a pack.
