How many leads are in your ZIP right now?

This runs the real pipeline against live city data: the same feeds, rules and scoring the product uses. Addresses are masked to the block until you sign up. Everything else is exactly what you would see.

Or try
What happens when you press it

Four steps, about ten seconds.

01

Query the city

One request to the open-data API for the metro your ZIP belongs to, for every permit filed there in the last 90 days. Not a cache, not a copy we keep.

02

Read the descriptions

Each filing's own text is matched against the rules for the trade you picked. A record matching none of them is dropped before anything else happens.

03

Score what survives

Rule weight, then job value, recency, and what else has been filed at the same property. The result is 0 to 100, and 65 is the line worth calling.

04

Mask and show

Street numbers are redacted to the block. Everything else, the score, the reason, the value, the date, is exactly what a paying account sees.

Reading the result

“Worth calling” is a threshold, not an opinion.

Every lead carries a score from 0 to 100. Sixty-five is where a filing stops being interesting and starts being worth a rep’s afternoon, and it is the same line the product uses internally, the digest uses, and the counts above use. Nothing on this page is tuned to make the number look bigger.

80 and above

Call today. The window closes in days.

65 to 79

Work it this week. Real intent, no deadline on it.

50 to 64

Sequence it. Worth an email, not an afternoon.

Below 50

Monitor. Held so a later filing can lift it.

Why the numbers are believable

They come from the city's own open data API, queried when you press the button. Nothing is cached, estimated or seeded.

Why addresses are masked

The block is enough to show the leads are real. The full address is the product, and it sits behind a free account rather than a sales call.

If your ZIP is not covered

6 metros are wired and queryable today, and a territory in any of them is read every morning. Tell us where you work and it goes on the list. Coverage follows demand.
